D'oh.... de toilette!

Postby BeHaV3 » Mon Aug 30, 2010 9:24 pm

What are you going to do when the kids step in dog sh1t and mush it into the carpet and the back of the seat? Gotta love 'em or kill 'em. Prefer the former when feelling like the latter.

The stench was so strong, I was heaving trying to clean it up.

The smell is still lingering. There is some somewhere I cannot see.

That floor mat might never go back in the car.

Ahhh - I feel your pain. Many years ago, I had to stop suddenly with a dozen of Mr. Toohey's finest on the back seat ( 12x750 ml ).
5 smashed - foam gushed everywhere. Took me 1/2 a day to mop up the mess and collect the glass slivers. I emptied a whole bottle of aftershave into the rear carpets (Brut) - till the day I sold it, on a warm day, it still smelt like a brewery. Which wasn't a bad thing.............

Dog-shit, however is a whole other world of phewwwwwwwwwwwww ! :(

Get rid of the mats, hope you got the mats! If not, then yeah gloves, detergent and pine-o-clean, water and plenty of febreeze. Might be worth to place the car in the hot sun to "burn" off the smell, no idea it would work but hey worth a try....

Autoglym interior shampoo and a stiff brush, pulls stupid amounts of gunk from your interior, its not dye as some would suggest.

I cleaned my entire headliner and the water was black afterwords -yuck-

I use OdourGo for any foul odour that needs getting rid off. It's worked wonders.

Nilodour. get it from supermarkets, cheap, smells nice. used it for cleaning up cat pee, worked a treat.
For every "Drive Safely" sign, shouldn't there be a "Resume Normal Driving" sign?
