RAGE AGAINST THE self-service car washes

Postby Dean » Fri Aug 27, 2010 6:24 pm

Today I was using the self-service car wash machine, (this is on the GC btw) and while I was washing my car, the one line for the water tangled with the line for the soap (this is all like 2-3meters in the air btw) and caused the soap brush to fall off its hook and smack into my car leaving scratches and chipping :( has anybody else had any experiences like this? Is there somewhere I can go to repair small paint scratches?

Really ruined my day :(

Also if this is the wrong forum feel free to move the thread

Yea the car wash company should pay for the repairs. That's another reason y I don't like using those things, would rather take the time and enjoy washing my car by hand. Sorry to hear bout the accident mate

they probably wont... seeing as there are disclaimers before you drive in usually and he miss-used the equipment ie: got them tangled so therefore not the companies liability...

harsh but unfortunately perfectly legal in thier eyes
