Which do you prefer more , voltex or seibon ?

deciding between two front lips , which one do you prefer ?

Voltex





Seibon(CF , painted white on top bit)






One of the few reason i'm holding back on voltex is due to it being bigger , which might be abit troublesome for clearance

lol seems like seibon is getting lotsa love , i like the seibon one aswell with the white paint on the top part and leaving it CF on the bottom, gives it a really good finish , price for voltex is more aswell being that its JDM and voltex brand

I like the Voltex ... looks more like it's part of the car.

Tell you another point. The Voltex looks like it's begging you to go step on the edge of it...and in some places in Melbourne, I'd say people will!

@ draevon : yeah , it's actually looks similar to the OEM aero kit , just longer in the front and cause it's color matched so it looks clean

@ ofey : yeap , i've heard of that before man but if they really wanna step on anything , any front lip would be in danger lol even my side skirts

always wanted to get a part of voltex in the car , maybe next time when they come out with a full front bar replacement

WM: The side skirt on an evo though more pronounced actually sill doesn't allow someone to stand on it. The front lip really I can just stamp on it.

Man it's gotta be Seibon all the way. Sharper and cleaner look. Where do you get it from and how much???

@ Ben : yeah mate , i've looked at the DAMD parts and boy , their more expensive than most JDM parts because their pretty unique and rare

i wanted to get their side vents but guess what , their $825 USD without delivery lol ! i could get two varis pieces with that price

@ lamn8tr : seibons about $600 delivered i think , only US vendors carry them since its a US brand and it's only for the evo x

@ Irving : yeah , if compared to the voltex front lip , it's nothing as the voltex one sits out really far. Though , i've heard story of people having problems with their aero side skirt cause passengers always step on it when they get out of the car (4WD truck style) lol !

WM: I'm not a bodykit expert. And granted when I look at a car, I wouldn't be thinking of a bodykit first so forgive me when I don't know about DAMD.

But after looking it up "Evo X DAMD", I'm sold. I think if you're going to do a bodykit. DO THAT!!
