It can't be an Aspire as they don't come in Sportback - it is quite odd vehicle - bits and pieces of others and no badge on the rear. Can the VIN give away any clues as to its model designation? And the price, well....
Maybe it was a repaired write off? or rebirth - should get a REV check.

ClubCJ's first Sportback
Hard to tell, I reckon it's a VRX with VR wheels. The internal trimming has the glossy vrx strips not the matte silver ones.
Only sure way to tell is check engine model number, the front airdams if they are oem or not.

It's a Platinum edition. Dealer is probably not aware of it though, hence it is labeled as ES.
Platinum is VR Spec with the addition of:
* Chrome Top Grille
* MMCS
* VRX-spec Bluetooth
The front airdams were probably thrown in as part of the deal, that's certainly not unheard of around here surely?
Willing to put money against what I've said.

Then you would agree the price is somewhat ridiculous? People dont give away $8,000 without losing their jobs
Red goes faster. MUCH faster.

Pricing is correct for an ES, which the dealer seems to think it is.
It can't be at a Mitsubishi dealership surely, as they would have entered the VIN in their computer and it would flag as a Platinum.
