thank god for not going to uni :P

Been playing guitar, I'm trying to get better at pinch harmonics, I can do 'em pretty much on command now but I'm trying to work 'em into riffs and stuff..

I figure the best thing to do is make a ~5 minute warmup "song" full of different techniques :P

First I have a few pinched harmonics followed by some hammer-ons starting slow on low strings and getting much faster on higher strings and then a little melody working its way up the neck slowly then I ended it with a few bends and a slide out and i need to figure out what I want to do next :P

I'll work some more harmonics/tremolo picking and tapping in there probably tomorrow :P

hmm...apparently my sense of humour wasn't well received around here. one of my forum posts was deleted :|

guess i was stirring the pot a tiny bit, but hey, what happened to free speech :P

or maybe i didn't see someone else's reply after mine and that's why it was deleted, who knows, as the one prior to mine was deleted also.

i was hoping to get some amusement out of it, but oh well.

not bad as such... but perhaps being female only i can see the humour in pointing out the supposed correlation between car performance and the size of the male appendage...:P only in a joking way of course!

i was responding to a rant in the fastest RA thread over the evo being better than the RA performance wise. it completely missed the point, and i said so. lol

people get far too carried away with that stuff, relax a little, geez

the post i was responding to has been deleted as well. so i guess i wasn't the only one who thought it missed the point. lol.

we all know the evo is, and always will be, the best track car. i don't think the point of that thread is to hang crap on the original and best "ralliart" car, more just to point out the great value of the RA for what we can potentially get out of it.

the RA will never be an evo, and i'm cool with that, i never expected it to be one :)

The RA is still a brilliant peice of gear - Hell as far as day to day drives go, i would even say its better then the Evo... Better economy, more comfortable... with 75% of the power and fun.

Track day, sure - AYC, SAWC and SS mode in the TCSST makes the Evo a weapon, THE weapon of choice.

It was what i was going to buy until my wife relented and said 'just buy the damn evo!'

That thread got out of hand.
You might've noticed every post after I said 'stop it' got deleted. I think there was 5 or so the last time I looked.

It definitely wasn't me that did it, but I was thinking about it, and I never even saw when it got to the stage you are talking about.

Harmless fun is fine but people argue and become enemies and it spreads and screws up heaps of stuff. Its happened a few times so far (with a few people being banned).

Plus, its a ralliart times thread, nothing more.

I'm not angry, just venting cos it was annoying me even before someone did something about it :P
