What did you do on your car today?

Got a bigger battery installed and an upgraded earth cable.
Battery is an Deka Intimidator 9A34R. 770 CCA (but the guy I dealt with has had them up to around 1000 CCA on a load tester) and up around 55 Ahr.

Cost me $330, retail is up around $370 for the battery








I also put down a deposit on getting some Coilovers fitted, locally. Again got a a pretty good deal. Haha, multiple car clubs. Lol.

There not bad those batteries. Also upgrade the earth from the alternator to the body. You can see it between the radiator and the alternator, so, so thin. Also if you are feeling adventurous upgrade the power from the alternator to the battery. But that said good stuff

Yes you are spot on there. I have kings as well. Same problem scrape on more driveways. Even though add the front airdams and v lip which gives it more to scrape.

I scrape enough with the C-Lip and thats not as low under the front of car as the V-Lip

Yes maybe it would of been better to go a little lower at the back , To bring the nose up a little ?

Would fiberglass airdams hold up to scraping ? or am i gonna get cracked first drive lol

Today I fitted gas struts to the hood.

I mounted the lower bracket using nut inserts and held them with Stainless steel bolts.

This is a cool mod. Now I do not have to put the bar up.

Oh and the car broke down as well.

I had to move it back a bit to fit the struts but it ould not start as the battery was flat. I pushed the car back and put the battery charger on while I was fitting the struts. That gave it enough to start it afterwards.

I had black vinyl attached to the front bumper of my car and I painted the calipers pink. Oh and I got some number plate protectors for my personalised plates.
