Channel 9 just did a thing on people speeding in school zones. They were using a handheld and pulled over many of the speeders.
Pulling them over would be far more dangerous than them speeding.

Yeah they're not all set up but they're fining already and they definitely work while the light is green too.

Might update my gps soon and have it on 100% of the time as it tells me where red light cameras are...

This is such a pain, gets in the way of following friends and cruises. :(

Yeah I saw that feature on the new speed cameras. Just be careful in those zones I guess?

I laughed at the Porsche.

There's going to be 16 of the new cameras around WA.

Traffic infringement section told me over a year ago that if you were doing 6 or 7 kmh over limit you would probably def get a ticket , 1 -5 over he reckoned no.
New Cameras are either operational now at all locations and fines going out or fines will be going out after 1 July.
My info says they are in use and fining NOW as of early/mid May.
So carry that list I posted above in the car guys for use when u go places u normally wouldnt in the metro area.

Contrary to some BS online and in media there are NO JAMMERS avail to reliably jam either radar and esp the new laser cameras so dont be sucked in and dont waste your money. Reliably jamming radar and laser devices will usually require MILSPEC defence hardware.

I'm gonna wait until theres a proven laser jammer that works out there and i've heard good feedback from people using it until I buy one :)
