Evo X Start Button

Postby ReActive010 » Tue May 04, 2010 5:21 pm

Hey Guys,

First time poster, long time reader.
Just looking on Ebay and saw this item: Genuine Evo X Start button kit for starting bid $19.99. Check it out,

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... :MESELX:IT

Could be a cheap investment,
Cheers,

Hey Bob, post an introduction thread in the New Members section!

That start button is quite expensive new from dealers, but all those who do have it seem to find it redundant and useless. It still requires you to turn the key 2 clicks to ON before the button becomes active. Making it easier to just keep turning the key and start the traditional way.

But as you say, could be an investment perhaps.

Precisely. It's a waste of effort and an extra step in the process. I'm happy with keyless start (Smart Key).

would have been great if it worked with the smart key - ie hop in after the auto unlock, press the start button and away you go...

but the way its set up now, would just be a pain
