It looks like a standard color (red) but it has got a pinkish tone to it...
Have you got a bigger picture of it?

Matt,
That is the standard Red colour.
As Ashley said above, she is 110% correct.
I spent time looking at it on numerous days in diff lighting conditions and it does look a pinkish maroon etc in some conditions.
I just couldn't do it.
I was very upset with Mitsu for having this as their "red" in the Lancers when it is more of a pinkish maroon in most light conditions.
My Cordia Turbo was a nice fire engine/ Ferrari red--Non metallic as was my 1995 Eclipse GST Turbo in the States. Loved em both, great cars.
But with no red to choose from I loved the Electric (Lightning ) Blue so that was it, "Red " ( my Eclipses name) was gone and now its Blue Thunder.
That is the standard Red colour.
It looks red to me. Don't forget that the red looks different in different lighting. Like when we park undercover at shopping centre's, our car looks maroon. But I don't know

I FIND YOUR LACK OF FAITH DISTURBING......
It is standard P26 red.
The reason it looks like a solid maroon colour in the pic that you took is because it is not a metallic colour.
It has no metallic pigments in the formular. It does however have 3 or 4 pearl pigments in the formular depending on the brand of paint used.
I should know. I mixed 500mls up at work.
The reason why this colour glows in full light is because the pearl pigments are reflecting more. Metallic colours tend to maintain some sort of "sparkle" in any light conditions.
