But not the 180 kph speedo!
Evo and Ralliart Lancers should continue being built exclusively, but we may find good use for a diesel CJ here.

Different countries/markets will be assembled in different regions of the world for mass produced/mass market cars.
... but the Evo is special Did anyone read that article in either Wheels or Motor around when the X came out which showed the factory tour and how each person involved is a long term Evo maker... with one guy who had been there since the start?

"A man who stands for nothing, falls for anything."
I dont think the Evo will ever be built outside of Japan, its Mitsubishi's halo model so it makes sense to keep it in its country of origin. If the Evo was made anywhere else it would cheapen its image and lower its exclusivity status.
But imagine a Russian made Evo... Rocket launchers as standard??
I think Mitsubishi cant make and sell Lancers in some countries, I think Thailand or Malaysia one of them due to a deal with Proton or something. Its something to do with Proton, they cant bring the Lancer out to a certain country or if they do, it will be under Proton. Though would be nice, Lancer with Lotus tuned suspension
