QLD - New Meet Friday 9th of April

hey gang,

just wanted to start up a new thread for a proposed meet for this coming friday. the meet will be held down at browns plains 1. to give mt gravatt lookout a bit of a rest and 2. to make it a bit closer for our gold coast members. the proposed spot is outside the coffee club(looks at chris) at brown plains. i'll jump on whereis and post up a map in a second. just wanted to see who is keen?

meet time: 6:30 - 7pm

place: coffee club browns plains
commerce dr off browns plains rd

just take commerce dr off browns plains road. go through the round a bout and it will be the big car park up on your right as you go up the little hill.

yeah i can't get it to work with whereis i'll try google maps instead. cheers for letting me know that the link was stuffed

*edit* might let chris sort out the map link because he knows what he's looking at on google maps

Easy to find, Google Maps are not 100% upto date but basicly head straight
down Commerce dr, through the round about past Coffee Club.

thanks chris. i'll add your link to the first post. basically you're going to the big dirt patch on the map which is actually a carpark if i remember correctly. i'll aim to get there a little early on friday so just look for a black evo

good lighting at this location so might be an idea to remember to bring cameras if you want to grab some good pics. hopefully james can make it with his slr and tripod again

But I have found thru " Google Maps ".!!

So yeah, the main thing for everyone is just to keep going straight ahead
down Commerce Drive, through the round about and up a small hill and you will pop up right in the car park. :)

Coffee Club is like 25 - 35m away, NOT where Lethal has posted :)
