4500k white light, has anyone used these?

Are these to good to be true for the money? They seem to have good reviews, but then again it is ebay.....

I assume they will fit the CJ?

They won't fit the CJ.

You need :

HB3 for High Beam
HB4 for Low Beam

aren't the PIAA ones multi fit, just change the oring. and they fit both
