Removing gear boot??

Just wanting to know the best way to remove my gear boot. It is getting replaced with leather.

Pull out that console trim (guide can be found as part of this DIY here) and under neath you'll see some screws and a plastic base ;)

Just fitted it into the car now it matches the seats.
