For the first time in my driving life i did something soo horrible yesterday.
I don't know if ill ever be able to drive my car again :(



I scratched 1 of my rims :(

There only stock 16's off a VR but thats not the point... :(

argh that sucks! how bad is the damage?

I'm rather lucky I haven't scratched mine yet, but I try to keep my distance from curbs, it's just parking that sometimes worries me, especially parallel parking.

If it's a bad scratch it gives you more of a reason to go aftermarket atleast :) or get those rim protectors that were offered in a GB once

Yes It sucks when your rims get scratched. You get so angry with your self!

I always lower my passenger side mirror when parking against curbs.

It would be great if it did it automatically like some other models.

im lucky i havent got any marks on mine, but one time on Holidays my dad scratched his rim and wanted to cancel the holidays :P

I understand Jax Quickfit do wheel repairs. In Canberra there's a guy that does a mobile service.

My wife scratched two VRX wheels within 3 weeks of getting the car. She hasn't scratched them since. I haven't fixed them as it will only happen again straight after knowing my luck....

its only a little 1, navigating the car park in mac center and the down ramps are heaps thin and 1 of them turns half way.

Was chatting with my mate and not concentrating.....

Yeah....I scratched my drivers side front at a car wash, I could have shot myself. Its so disappointing. But after a few years it will get easier :-( I hope.........

thats probly true man lol. good to see another ctowner on here

nothing beats the day my mate got hes new xr6 turbo he had black powdercoat alloys and chipped the crap out one parking next to the curb outside hes house... bad luck big time there
