Event: Adelaide Cruise & go-carts

Date: Sat. 10th April 2010

Time: Cruise 16:30hrs Go-carts 19:00

Meet point: Plane Tree Drive, Adelaide, Just off Hackney road.

Plan: We will cruise up to through the hills with a stop at Kangaroo Creek Reservoir about 17:30-17:45. Then continue cruise to go-carts at Pooraka. Go-cart will be 19:00-20:00.

A BBQ will be provided at the go-carts for Premium members and Partner.
$3 for Non Members.
Kids free.

Schedule
1; leave 16:45 cruise up in to the hills.
2; stop at Kangaroo creek
3; 18:30 Go-carts Pooraka
4: go-carts racing 19:00-20:00
5: BBQ at go-carts

Note all cruise rules apply!!

I would like to promote this as a family day, so please bring partner and kids.
All those interested to become premium members I will have welcome packs. Membership is $40 a year

Go-cart should be about $60 each.
I need to pay a deposit soon for the track so I need people to commit soon

yeah both the cruise & the gokarts. how much $$ do u need for the deposit?

I will pay the deposit. It will be too hard to collect deposits from every one.

The more we get to go-carts the longer we will hire the track for.

The track is $600 an/hour with a maximum of 10 drivers. So if we get 10 drivers we will have the track for a hour. If we get 15 drivers we can have the track four 1 1/2 hours.

I will need enough numbers or I will be out of pocket but I am sure we will get 10.

I will be there with my partner and maybe 3 kids. If they come, they wont eat much . I wont be Go-karting though, but will attend to watch if thats ok?
