and tryg is right a bike will most likely out brake a car. besides being so completely different. a bike weight what a 1/5 of a car if not less. a car has 4 brakes. standard 1 or 2 piston in each, where as most standard bike has 3-4 pistons. so the greater breaking force. plus just the incredibly less amount of weight a bike has to stop, it will break better.

I respectfully disagree. Take a sports oriented car and a sports bike onto a track. The car will be able to brake later, harder and carry more speed through a corner. You're right, the bike has more braking force, but all that is useless if it can't be applied to the ground. The limitations of the bike aren't the brakes, its the fact that you're on two wheels = less traction.

i think a bike would carry more speed through a corner. most bike races i have seen they are going alot faster through a corner then a car would on the same corner.

between a racing bike and a racing car. the bike will outdo the car.

between a normal bike(proably not a chopper) will out do a normal car.

its not caues one is better, but the bikes drivability and how it is driven.

you think a bike can lean over so almost all of its driving friction is turned into turning. where as a car turns its front wheels, it looses friction to sideways friction of its drive wheels,

so a bike has most friction to turning, where as a car has most friction to driving forward not in the direction of turning.

yes a front wheel drive or a all wheel drive will improve that, but it would still be less then that of a bike. as the car still has 2 of its drive wheels only going forward.
