I respectfully disagree. Take a sports oriented car and a sports bike onto a track. The car will be able to brake later, harder and carry more speed through a corner. You're right, the bike has more braking force, but all that is useless if it can't be applied to the ground. The limitations of the bike aren't the brakes, its the fact that you're on two wheels = less traction.
