My Butt Dyno may not be as accurate as Tryg's utensil but I didn't really notice too much. Minor response gain, that's about it. Oh and noise
After I got home from a 20 minute evening drive I open the bonnet and felt the temperature of the pipe near the engine and it felt cool to the touch. After 10-15 of the car being stationary, bonnet closed, it was noticeably warmer, due to heat soak no doubt. So the pipe seems to stay cool during use, which is good.

And it's restrained as there is a bracket at the neck of the pod, attached to the car
and fireproof. and cannot allow particles into the engine ( which i would of thought was the purpose of a filter so, yer kinda definite on the particles lol)
