Lancer "Activ" edition???

Hi,

Long time lurker, first time poster...

Just wondering if anyone's heard about a limited edition "activ" lancer? Kinda like the RX that was available late last year but with more stuff!

I'm looking to buy and after calling around one of the dealers mentioned this edition would be out in March. I havent been able to find out any other info tho!

I have only ever personally seen the "Activ" in the Outlander.... it came out a month after I bought mine in 2005

Yes, the Active edition is coming...

Rumour is that it'll have alloys, spoiler, OEM body kit, Bluetooth and a few other nice bits.

It should be interesting though.

2008(?) had Olympic edition
2009 had Platinum edition
2010 have Activ

I think I saw one of these on Tuesday. It looked like an RX but didnt have any RX badges, it had the black tail lights, different wheels (Mitsubishi ones) and an oval decal thing where the model badge would go but didnt say platinum on it.

I saw it going past Chadstone Mitsubishi.

I actually saw the wheels of one in the dealer today, different to the RX and MY10 VR wheels...

Will know more next week I'll make sure of it

When my car was due to Brisbane docks, I read the shipping lists in the daily paper, and saw when the ship docked... Didn't go see it though haha

What can I say... 3 months wait !!!

1 day later it was at the dealership. Salesman sends me a MMS picture to my phone... I called in that afternoon to check her out then 2 days later picked it up!
