EXTRA INFO: I'm going to be replacing this in a couple of weeks. It works perfectly. I have an original maps disc from ~2008. I also have purchased a copy of 2013 maps from ofey. I am really selling this because I cannot live without bluetooth streaming (after having it in my focus for so long before). There are no scratches or marks on the unit. The touch screen works perfectly. This is a 1st generation model, as installed by dealer/factory. Model is A-03. I also have the owners manual for the unit.

Do you mind if I ask you what you're replacing the unit with? I may do this with mine as well as the bluetooth streaming is quite a big thing.

Not 100% sure yet, waiting to see what I get for the sale of this. Do you have any ideas?

Not sure myself sorry, my first thought would have been to upgrade to a later model OEM head unit but not sure if that's even possible.

Does anyone know if the car will be drivable with the MMCS removed or whether it will throw any warnings? Stupid question, but because of the cambus connection I was just wondering, as I might sell it then may take a week to organise a replacement.

Hi. Only thing i did was made sure settings such as locks etc were what i preferred. No codes or anything else, just a quiet ride for a week or so

I will be updating the photos of this to better quality and making a video for youtube to show that it is working correctly. I will be removing the head unit from the car on Wednesday night as well. Will also add photos after removal.

I will look to put an ad on gumtree and then perhaps ebay not long after that.

its not that people don't believe that it works, its just the mmcs system is pricey compared to aftermarket options. Put it up for auction on ebay, Outlander and Pajero guys also might be interested as they have the same stereo plugs as we do.
