Yep both kits comes complete with everything and plugs straight in.

just find ur preferred mounting spot and double sided tape/zip tie them down.

i mounted my ballasts for my 5000K 55W HIDS (BIG ballasts) with cable ties and you cant even see them. theyre tucked under the frame rail type things that are a bit behind and above the lights (dont know technical term) BR14AN and i went full on ninja-spec and it worked amazing, so dont worry about difficulties hiding or mounting.

HB4 kit sold, H7 kit still here

h7 might fit on after market head lights (DRL ones) on mine i use H7 on low and H1 on brights
