I believe they're 18mm.
Not sure is theres a difference between VRX and the lower model bars...

does this come standard on lancer 08 ES?

Hey Zak, yes they come standard, in USA the unlucky guys with their DE (our ES) do not get them.

I upgraded mine to a works rear sway bar from USA, I think they are 22mm from memory?
