No this is just the muffler with variable volume control.
Its a universal muffler and can be used as a middle muffler or a canon.

These are fantastic because you can drive with it quiter than stock or exceptionally loud or in between!

I was going to use this muffler on my Dato 120Y but I have since sold that car and bought a station wagon. The wagon already has a full turbo back exhaust system and I need the money from the sale to fund engineering the turbo.
These are really really good mufflers. They are of very high quality. As in the link mighty car mods use them and they sound awesome. The ability to change the volume is great for someone who likes REALLY loud cars but doesnt want to deal with it all the time. Thats why I chose it, its good for driving to work in peak hour without annoying anyone but you can open it up for the runs through the valley on the weekends etc
