Believe they are suitable for CJ, 17x8 , 5x 114.3 and ~42 offset . You can replace the centres with Ralliart/Mitsubishi from Ford if you want them to really look the part. They don't look too different in style from VR 16's or the optional Mitsubishi (non VRX/RA) 18's, so suit the CJ.
Big guess (problem or opportunity): Needs new 215's (min)to fit the 8" width rim so 225/50/17's, 215/50/17, 225/45/17's etc , and still get under std guards without further mods (stds ES/VR are 205/60/16?)
