Rotors & Pads for 09 RX

As the title says Im looking for rotors and pads for my RX (essentially just an ES). After reading through this section a fair bit Ive decided to go with DBA rotors on recommendations from here and friends (who's opinion I greatly value), and I was also rather set on going with EBC redstuff pads.

So my questions really are which rotors should I go with? Ive read on here the 2201s for the fronts and 2209s for the rears, however (even if it is according to an ebay seller) I read they were for the VRX? So I just want to make sure they would still fit with my stock callipers/my car. I also read in one of the topics the 4417s? But I didnt read/cant remember which model they were for (if they are just a higher model rotor that will still fit I would consider forking out the extra cash for them). Then also if anyones got them, where did they purchase them from? Ebay the way to go? Or should I just hit up Pedders who apparently stock them/can get them in.

Same goes for the EBC's, just need to know where to get them from. If anyones got an eBay link that'd be maaad.

Cheers

GSL Rallysports is a club sponsor they can definitely help you out there. They're a very good place to start.

As for your choice of pads, I'm not sure that redstuff is the best pads. Not for normal street use on a Lancer anyway. here check this page out :) I found an EBC brakes guide to chose pads. Maybe Greenstuff is a better choice?

They fit on my 2.0. On a CH there are 2 different rotors for 14 and15 in wheels, but it is the right part number and it will fit yr 2.0

'VRX' brakes and 'ES' brakes are completely interchangable.
'VRX' have slightly bigger rotors. When I upgraded my brakes to 'VRX' brakes the calipers were SLIGHTLY different, but I still don't know if that was just a design update or what. They're the same size.

What kind of wheels do you have? Just be sure your new brakes fit under them.
'VRX' brakes fit under stock 16s though, so I highly doubt you'll have any trouble.

Are the 2201s VRX-spec? If so they'll fit fine. :)

Ive got a set of 18" PDW's on so that should be fine. And thanks, I just wanted to make sure they'd fit on a 2.0L lancer with me still keeping my stock callipers

So I've ordered my rotors which should be here in a couple of weeks (have to wait 2 weeks for the rears to get slotted) so thats mad, just now for pads. Does anyone else have more recommendations on pads?

QFM vs EBC ? or anyone tried the Ferodo pads advertised on DBA's website?
