Re: Thoughts on this RA?
Just from what I've read on here, I'd inquire as to when the transmission was last serviced and the state of the transmission. Going from my experience with my 09 VRX (~140000kms) you'd probably want to have the steering gear (tie rods, CV joints etc.) at least inspected. It really depends on how the car was treated. For CV joints, basically you want to make sure the rubber shroud over it (called a boot) isn't split and doesn't have any dirt in it. For the tie rods, when my outer tie rod needed replacing I could feel and hear a knocking noise from the driver side wheel well when I gently rocked the steering wheel side to side.
The car looks like it's had a passionate owner so it's likely it's been well treated. 165000 km's is a lot of kms to do in 7 years though (nearly 25000 per year), so obviously check its service history. I can't really comment on the price point. Also worth checking the amount of tread left on the tires, as they aren't cheap to get new ones so factor that into the cost too.

Assuming this car is the exact car:
*Private Price Guide $13,800 - $15,900
*Trade In Price Guide $11,200 - $13,300
*Average Km 110,000 - 180,000

(It might be 2010 model year, etc - so check I chose the right one)..
Being 165000 ks, it's kind of on the lower side of that 13,800 to 15,900 price guide - and if they aren't getting any serious offers, the seller might expect closer to trade in prices for it.. ! The accessory additions do add value - but only as much as the new buyer *values* those at..

Yeah, what's said above about transmission etc. I don't like the k's either for the price as the mods aren't that great, well to me anyway, so I'd expect it to be at the lower end of those price guides. If you are wanting a platform to modify I'm not sure this is your car.
And agreed, are they really 17" rims?
