It depends on how much you want to spend
.
Mass produced stuff:
Meguiars for certain things
Autoglym for others
Nu-Finish for polish
Mothers for certain products like cheap clay bar and naturally black etc.
If you are looking to go all out:
SwissVax
Nanolex additives for protection and glossy shine
Clay Magic for clay bars
P21 kits
Or you could save yourself the trouble and get my paint protection
jkjk....
The choice is yours.
My 2c.

i'm gonna try out some duragloss car wash shampoo and leather conditioner , read some review on it at detailingworld and they were quite well rated
as for swissvax, their pretty pricey but seems really high end , they even have wax made for different manufacturer ie japanese cars , european etc
nanolex is pretty good for sealants , looking at their leather and paint sealants

I have come to the conclusion they all work pretty good in the bigger names.
Helped Spareparts do the Meguiars 3 step and looked awesome. I have done the Turtlewax Ice too and it was awesome as well. Last time I used Autoglym and it was great.
I am going to try some fancy colour matched stuff from Japan when I get some spare coin. I like to experiment
