Reseting the Service Reminder?

Postby Marc-VRX » Sun Jan 24, 2010 2:36 pm

I took my car in for it's first 1500km free service last week, and while everything was fine, the service technician didn't reset the warning to the next service reminder for 15,000 km's.

Every time I turn on the ignition, I get the yellow reminder and beep for the 1500 service.

Just wondering, because I'm only on about 1200 k's atm, will the warning go away by itself after I hit the 1500 or will It just keep coming up until one of the tech guys reprogram it after the next service?
