netlube

Just saw this thing online, google netlube, then select a brand (mobil, pen rite, valvoline, castrol, nylon BP), select cars etc in the drop down menu, mitsu, your car and a list of oils available for your car shows up for that particular brand. I think it's helpful for the noobs like me that are trying to start doing their own service instead of letting mitsu charge like a Mofo

If your car has any warranty left (I see it's a 2013 RA so guessing it would) it would be very advisable to have it serviced at a mechanics\dealer at the required 5000km intervals.

Never know what may come up and mitsu will no doubt laugh at you and tell you your warranty is void when you say it's "self serviced" if anything major goes wrong. For example, my 6 month old MY15 RA has a gearbox leak that had to go back to dealer for after having my mechanic do the 5000km service the day before and discover the leak. Mitsu is covering the warranty cause it was serviced by a licensed mechanic etc. I may even take it to the dealer for the 20k diff oils change service and 45k SST service, just so they can't use that against me if anything goes wrong.

i'm up to 50k km already so after the 60k km service i'm going to start doing it myself. The cost of servicing after cap price is just ridiculous considering i do about 20-25k km/ year

Upto you, though the warranty is 5year\100,000km. I didn't get capped price servicing with mine at all, so wouldn't know what price it is, my 5000km service the other day was $264 including wheel rotation and alignment and using genuine oil and filter from the dealer.
