ClubCJ - The CJ Lancer Club

I own a cj lancer and whenever I turn the stearing wheel I hear a creaking noise. It has been going on for a few months now and only getting worse. The car only has 25,000 km. it happens when I turn at low speeds and just stationary. Has anyone else had this problem and any input would be appreciated. Hope warranty covers it!

Could be the power steering? At full lock I can hear the power steering in my car.
