Diamond Advantage Capped Servicing

Just after some advice, forgot to ask the dealer whilst I was there. I'm the 2nd owner of my RA. Its a 09 RA purchased new in Jan '10. Does it qualify for capped servicing and if so, as the 2nd owner can I get it?

I have a second hand one and as far as i know its capped,the only thing the ten year powertrain warranty is not transferable as you will already probably know.

Capped price servicing is transferrable to subsequent owners, it all depends on whether it was sold under CPS to begin with.
January 2010 is about the time it started so it could go either way. It should say in the front of the service & warranty booklet whether you are entitled or not - failing that ask at a dealership.

Just found several sources online that say all vehicles purchased after 1 January 2010 get CPS, so you should be OK.
