I think the major service is done every 45000KM's. So you're overdue for one or in a sense you're due for one soon at 90000KM's. All depends on how you think about it. You really should just follow the log book process. Having a service done every 15000KM's or yearly, which ever one comes first. Or like many every 7500KM's.

I just did my 90000KM service. My car feels brand new again.

Hope that helps. ^_^

Ive done it by the service book but all have been a minor service (so ive been told) after this being my 3rd lancer the other two major services was at 45K, should i be concerned that ive had no major services done on the car?

We keep getting told 15,000k's or 12mo but our book says 7,500k's or 6mo (we have a RA) Are they getting it wrong?

The 7500km is an interim service. Optional Mitsi.

If you do a lot of city stop start driving, or hammer the car everywhere you should do an oil / filter change at 7500kms.

If you do a lot of highway kms, it is not so important.

That's what i thought. Have taken it to 2 Mitsubishi service centres (one for 1500 and 7500 cause it's literally a 2 min drive and the other where we got it from as they sent us a $100 off our major). Both of them have said 15k. Think we'll continue with the 7,5k for the log book

An oil change is not a hard thing to do.. If you have a few tools it might be worth DIYing the intermediate services :)

my first four services are a fixed price, so I'm presuming that the 45k service will be still $190 according to Mitsu

The only thing that should be changed at 2yr is the brake fluid. I think from memory the service book says to do it at the 2yr mark regardless of kms..

I don't have a service book anymore to read though
