The oem floor mats have Velcro underneath so they stick to the carpet and don't bunch up. I don't have any issues With it not disengaging properly. Don't know about everyone else though haha.

Never had an issue with the floor mats regarding the clutch!

Had a Problem like this in my Subaru was told i could get a additive to fix this problem,never got to try it as i sold my car.
