Most of what people have written above sounds reasonable but a little excessive.
I used to leave my Mitsu Eclipse turbo in the US for 2 mo when I came back to Aust for a break and nobody touched it while I was away.
I would run fuel low, charge up and then remove battery and that was it. When I got back I would reinstall battery, car started fine. refuel, check all fluids and tyre press and run aircon.
Never had a problem with anything.
If you can just get someone to drive it once every week or two get it up to operating temp and run A/C on cold to prevent seals drying out and leaking gas. Check The rest as I mentioned above and it will be fine. Do not sweat it.
