Its sae90 which I think is the same as the oem stuff

Yes, extremely well suited. 4 litres will last you eight changes (assuming you're doing rear diff only) which is 240,000kms.

Transfer case req about a litre. Rear diff probably 600mls or so, I cant remember but it is quite small volume.
