Seriously though. .try white vinegar...if you think it is mineral deposit/hard water. You have sprinklers goin off where u park?

angle ginder is usually the common method ;)
nah my mate jack had the same problem, i buffed it out with polish fairly easily but i assume just regular hand polish would do the trick

I had the same problem, a thorough clay bar and polish fixed it.
