90k should have been the bigger service. 105k isn't that bad...

If you havnt done the 90k service then there is a lot. 100k would be 18 point safty check, oil, cab filter, plugs if not already done, trans fluid if not already done, and inspection of all other fluids and drive belt. Also the 4B11/12 may need a valve clearance check at this point but it is only required if there is noise comming from the engine.

the 4b11/12 has a timing chain that does not need replacing under normal conditions. the chain should out live the engine.

I think there is an ACD fluid change as well. I'm coming up to the 90K service too. Doesn't look cheap

Here is a list of what is carried out for the 105,000km (or B Service).

I just had the 90,000km service done, and it's about the same.
Spark plugs need replacing in the 90k service, and they are about $40 (NZD) each.

LUBRICATION AND HOIST INSPECTIONS

Renew engine oil and filter
Clean battery, terminals and smear with petroleum jelly
Check drive line oil levels
Check drive shaft gaiters for damage or deterioration
Adjust tyre pressures including spare
Check radiator and ultra long life coolant concentration*
Check power steering, brake, clutch, screen washer fluid levels and additive
Clean door drain holes
Change transmission oil / fluid (and auto trans filter) at 105,000 km
* Drain, flush and refill with ultra long life coolant at 48 months or 105,000 km whichever occurs first

UNDER BONNET INSPECTION

Check brake / clutch master cylinder
Check power steering fluid
Check all external drive belts
Check battery
Check engine coolant level
Check all brake, fuel, power steering and other pipework for security and clearance
Check transmission oil level
Check radiator hoses
Check screen washer bottle level and additive

UNDER BODY HOIST INSPECTION

Check steering linkage (include seals and boots)
Check suspension balljoints and dust covers
Check suspension system
Check (visual) tyre wear (alignment)
Check all brake, fuel, power steering and other pipework for security and clearance
Check exhaust pipe connections for leakage and alignment
Check under body damage

BRAKES

Check disc pads and brake drum linings for wear

ROAD TEST AND CHASSIS

Check operation of instruments / equipment and accessories
Check engine performance and operation
Check gearshift and drive line performance
Check service and park brake performance
Check suspension
Confirm no diagnostic codes are present with MUT tool
