not according to the handbook it's not. It's essentially a A service with the addition of a C service which is replacement of engine coolant and air filter. And checking the Brake booster vacuum nipple. Maybe the 07,08 may vary there service requirements

According to my handbook, the first major service which is a A,B,C service is done at 90,000 km. Replacement of timing belt at 100,000 ( I thought we had a chain)

I had that same idea also. But according to my logbook I also need to change my timing belt at 100000KM's. So I'm as confused as you. Either case, I'll have to send in mine around that time.

[rant] But what's frustrating is that at 105000KM's its the next service. So I feel that its a waste of money to have to service at 100000KM's just to change the belt when the proper service gets done another 5000KM's. I was hoping they just change mine at my 900000KM's, but the service centre insisted that it gets changed at 100000KM's. [/rant]

My books don't have the change the timing belt bit. Infact It mentions nothing about timing belts at all.

But if you do have one, tell them to change it at 90K. Better safe then sorry.

DIY oil and filter changes are easy. Only three regular tools that most households have is required:

1. Socket Set
2. Hammer
3. Screwdriver

That will be all...
