DIY windscreen chip fixer

Has anyone used the DIY Windscreen Chip Fixer from Autobarn?

Saw it on a their catalogue recently and thinking about using it to fix the small chip on my windscreen.

If the chip is longer then a day old or its rained since the chip happened then dont bother . Put some sticky tape over it then call a windscreen chip repair guy.
