Hi boys and girls,
After the previous threads http://clubcj.net/viewtopic.php?t=1835 and http://clubcj.net/viewtopic.php?t=4633, i decided to start this thread. If you're heading towards the 60,000km mark in your lancer in the next few months then this thread is for you.
My CJ is currently on 55,000 km's. No major problems so far, it has performed very reliably in the past 2 years.
So I'm looking for people here who can share their experience with regards to the 60,000km service. Any teething issues expected? Where did you take your CJ for the service? And how much did the service cost?
Let's all share our 2c's!

60,000km service: what to expect
If you see a blue lancer in Melbourne and it looks like a VRX, that'll be me!

Just had mine done today.... Was quoted $580 !!?!! from my local Mitsu dealer but ended up being reffered to a local mechanic who quoted me $278 and it ended up being only $255.....
He's done the full 60k service and has adjusted brakes and handbrake, rotated tyres, new wiper blades and air filter all inclusive in that price.
Car feels great but will know more after the cruise this weekend
