Hey guys

I am starting my full time work soon at a computer store and we do alot of service work which relies on us doing backup's of customers data and reloading it back on to the computer after we format it. We have numerous people call up and say that they cannot find their data, or it isnt all there or just other basic questions which can be easily answered without the phone call and having a little user guide file with all the frequently asked questions can be answered.

Basicly what I was hoping to do was create a power point file and converting it to a flash file which can then be placed on the customers desktop. The basic layout is like this...Basicly have a title heading then it would hyperlink to another page with the relevent information

- Finding your data
- Information on finding your data

- Finding your emails
- Running Windows XP and Outlook Express
- Running Windows XP and Microsoft Outlook
- Running Windows 7 & Vista using Windows Mail
- Running Windows 7 & Vista using Microsoft Outlook

- Importing your emails
- Importing Outlook Express files into Outlook Express - Running XP
- Importing Microsoft Outlook files into Microsoft Outlook - Running XP

And basicly goes on from there. Its a very basic structure.. Ive found a few programs that supposably do this for you and will retain the hyperlinks however its some plug ins for microsoft office and I cannot get them to work. They just dont appear in the powerpoint software.

Im not fussed about animation, the main thing is that the hyperlinks work. IE you click on "Finding your emails" which will then navigate to another page where you can then click on "Running Windows 7" which will then go to the page with the relevent information.

The reason why I dont keep it as a powerpoint file is because a lot of the time the customer will not have office installed or hasnt purchased it and using a slideshow to show them how to navigate through their data would be extremely cumbersome and having a small flash window that could be run in the background would make the process a whole lot easier...

Does anyone have any ideas on a way I can create a small flash file with this basic structure? Ideally id do it from powerpoint because then it can look all pretty :3

Thanks guys
