Car got keyed today...

Today I parked my car outside work all day and drove a work van like I usually do every day, on the way back in I noticed a silver reflection from the back of my Lancer as I drove past.

Went and had a look and it's a wonky, 50 centimeter long scratch that's down to the metal.

Royally peeved, more because of the fact that it was targeted at me as the other 10 cars on the street didn't get scratched. I haven't wronged anyone at all or remember cutting anyone off or anything. Likely a key or knife was used.

I've asked the business that was over the road to check to see if their security camera for their carpark reaches the road and they said they'd get back to me... I hope it's a good result or else I have no other way of finding who did it, for all I know it could've just been some jerk that was jealous of my GReddy SE ;)

Sorry, was just venting my frustration a little. Just a really crap end to my otherwise decent day at work.

Hope it's not too expensive to fix :(

Always my main worry when my cars parked in a car park or even on my own driveway. I know the feeling had my SS commodore keyed back in the mid 90's but still can remember it like yesterday. I was so Hurt I traded the car in the next day emotions got the better of me. Hope everything works out and it can be fixed. Take care and keep us updated.
