Hey all,
Im looking at getting a Datsun Bluebird from Coffs Harbor in the neer future.
My options are:
1. Drive up to get it and rent a car trailer.
This will cost me about $250 (for trailer hire and petrol). See if I can stay at a mates or sleep in the car so I dont do the trip in one day.
2. Hire a transport company to do the work for me (not sure how much this will set me back). Not to mention this will save me 2 days and alot of head ache.
3. I dont think this is an option, but drive it back.
It runs fine but cant get a pink slip due to a cracked drivers side window, this prevents me from getting a UVP (temporary rego) to drive it back...

Anyone have any experience with shipping cars? Any ideas how much this will set me back? (I have emailed for quotes aswell)

Thanks all!

I know a mate who works for a car carrying company, they transport new cars from a holding yard in sydney to various car dealerships. I can ask him how much that would cost and get back to you??
