I once asked an auto-electrician how much it'd cost to install the folding mirrors. Most of these guys work on a cost of A$80/hr. It will take a single auto electrician with no prior knowledge of doing the mirrors approximately 2.5hrs to put them in from scratch. The fastest I've ever done a set is just under 2hrs. So you'll be looking at about A$200 or so to get them installed.

Why don't you go look for Adrian aka SIR-VRX? He's in QLD.

Adrian may well have cheated many people of money but I respect his ability with the folding mirror install. I don't know many others who is as technically inclined.

However, I don't think Mitch cares very much in this case about Adrian's past. So long as the mirrors get installed as cheaply as possible... .

I hate to point out what happened with your LED tail lamp install. Paying money guarantees nothing.

Having said that, Adrian's experience in this probably makes him the best option in QLD.

Yes, Adrian might be your best bet. I believe it is better to go to someone who has experience in installing these mirrors even over an auto electrician - simply because the instructions to install area pain to read and understand. It took me 11h including various breaks to get it installed myself with a friend. :P
