Lol. In Finland, traffic fines are proportionate to the latest available data on an offender's income. In Switzerland, it's calculated by wealth. I wonder how much would those 2 have cop if that was the case!

Haha, gold!!
I don't have off street parking, so can only park on the road in my residential parking area and it can get pretty frustrating when people park there. Especially because I live in the city just near the markets and restaurant area, people see the residential only parking signs and think 'i'll just be a little while, or what are the chances I'll get a fine'
Thankfully the parking inspectors are on the ball otherwise I could never find a park in front of my home
