Problems with installation of a Pod filter

I just installed a pod filter on my es and am now havin flat spots from 3000rpm 2 4000rpm. does ane1 no how 2 fix the problem???????????? A guy i spoked 2 told me dat the sensor was reading to much airflow so dat was the reason for the flat spots, how can i override it?????
