I found club cj by searching for parts and information.

I did not join because I thought it would be full of hoons.

I was recommended to join from someone from MCA.

Have not looked back.

Once I decided on getting a lancer and was waiting to own one, I joined http://www.mitsubishi-forums.com and then someone mentioned here, and here I am.

I was sick of hearing about snow tires!

Was me from memory :P

I was asked by Mattigins to come over from MCA from memory. Had the car almost a year by that stage, and clubCJ was only a baby!

I actually started lurking here before I bought my car when I was researching the scene.

I joined Evo-Oz 1st... spoke to a few guys there on what deals they were getting at the time, but thats it, not much else happened round there that interested me.

Eventually registered here after had my car for a few weeks when got a good sense of the place & none of that 'my car is better than yours' d*ck waving arguments. :)

I first found the site end of 08 when I researching the CJ lancer I would look every now and again and see what was happening. Then 12 months later I brought the CJ and joined the cool kids.

I found the club while searching for pics of CJ Lancers. After seeing what was on the site, made me want a CJ so much. So 8 months later here I am with my new CJ. :D

I found it purely by chance. Before buying my car, I was randomly googling models of cars that I was looking at buying, and CCJ was still quite infant in that time, so I diregarded it.

3-4 months later, I bought my car and it happened to be the Lancer. I started traulling CCJ again, but didn't see a need to join a car club. Then the modding bug hit.

After I saw a very nice looking car with big CCJ representation on it (read as Ofey's car), I decided I'll give it a try for the sake of burning some time/money. I decided to stay and become active after meeting Ofey :)

I have stayed and participated ever since :)
