I gots the day off for Christmas.
This is really rare for my kind of shift work so, I can actually enjoy the day and do my family's normal luch thing.
Who else is ready to enjoy some public holidays in the next 2 months ?
Dec and Jan are pretty cool, with any luck, i'll get Jan 26th off !!!. But not likeky

I got it off as well, first time in three years (possibly more). I work nightshift so I normally get to have lunch with the family, but this time I can actually drink as well.

Unfortunately I work news years eve though, and it'll probably be after midnight by the time I get out.

yeah shift work isn't the best when it comes to these sorta things.. my parents do it and don't know how many christmas and new years they have had to work but i luckily don't have to work christmas and new years

I finally managed to get it off too this year
As a shiftworker in Security it's normally our busiest time of year (Sadly)
Been a few years since I've made XMas lunch!
