Just sorta occured to me this morning that we don't have a thread for this lol, so here goes. Photos not required but are damn good

I actually ran into Billy Slater's bucks party last night (or they ran into me, to be more accurate; and he's getting married on Sunday, for anyone interested) and thats sorta what gave me the idea for this thread. Several footy players there (don't know all their names, I'm not really a football fan lol) but most of them were total dickheads, pretty much with the exception of Billy lol. Add Michael Crocker to that list lol, he poured a bucket of water on me... (probably cos I said he sucked at getting the chicks wet in the Wet T comp LOL)

Also met Willie Mason a while back at the same club (Seriously, I love being VIP at Mad Cow Tavern lol, everyone goes there for cheap drinks!), ran into him outside when he was talking to the security guards and they introduced me lol.

Off the topic of footy, met Cat Empire when they came to Cairns for a gig once, but that was an official signing, so not sure if it counts.

Shawn Michaels (The American Wrestler) when they toured Melbourne in 2003. Flew down to see them. Was staying in the same hotel (Crown Casino) but in different class of room..

Miss Nude NSW they where doing the photo shoot for Picture magazine at a workshop up the road, i have a picture but it pretty crap nor appropriate lol

I had dinner last year with Harry Kewell's former Coach/Manager (forgot his name) back at Leeds Utd... and met Paul Wade (former Socceroos Capt.) a few years back

A few that come to mind right away:

Craig Lowndes (have signed photo of him with me and my brother)
Dick Johnson and his wife (nothing special there)
Lincoln Lewis (Went to school with his older brother)
Jeanie Little (Sydney Airport years ago! Crazy woman!)

I'm sure there is more, but most fall into the "not overly famous" category

Oh, forgot my all time favourite!

Chris Cheney from The Living End. Had a chat etc to him in the Valley before one of the gigs.

Ash met LMFAO (the band) at the Black Eyed Peas Concert here a few months ago.

meet Jamie Durie and the team a few years back when i was still in school, was when cyclone larry came and torn half the school apart, also meet that burk's back yard guy on the same day as well lolz took a pic with him but it was on phone and now phone is gone

I haven't really met any famous people

I spoke to Westnets old CEO a few months ago, he called in for tech support for his BlackBerry. (The guy who sold the company then went sailing around the world on his boat )

I didn't know who he was until after the call! LOL

Met Lowndes twice actually.

Chris Cheney is a top bloke, and at one of the gigs, we touched his guitar haha

I have yet to even see a live V8 race, and I've been in Aus for 7 years LOL
