It would be a non-turbo model though... VIC has the P-Plate Restrictions too.

what colour P's because reds limited to 90km/h and greens 100km/h so really he was doing more that 54km/h over.

I think VIC is like QLD... Only performance restriction, not the speed one like in NSW.
